Lightroom photography workshop with Loic Le Guilly

Join Loic Le Guilly for a full day workshop at Wild Island in Hobart to learn his exact workflow with Adobe Lightroom. This is a hands-on workshop and you will need a laptop with Lightroom installed.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and intermediate Lightroom users (limited to 10 people).

You will learn:

  • how to import your images
  • how to structure your image library
  • how to use keywords simply and efficiently
  • how to review and select images quickly
    • exposure
    • white balance
    • contrast / curves / clarity
    • vibrancy / saturation and other colour tools
    • retouching
    • using graduated filters
    • sharpening and noise reduction
    • lens correction
  • how to export images for different purposes
  • how to use metadata to save time
  • how to back up your images

This workshop will cover the whole process in a simple and efficient way. Loic will show you exactly how he does it and why he does it. The morning session will be based on learning and the afternoon on putting into practice what was learnt in the morning with Loic’s guidance. You will need a laptop for the afternoon session.

Loic has been a professional photographer for over 20 years with work spanning from commercial to nature photography. He is recognised as a talented and highly technical photographer by his peers. He is a co-founder of Wild Island.
